East Elloe M.C. Ltd, through its specialist section Spalding & East Elloe Classic Car
Club, will promote its 12th Annual Classic Car Run on Sunday 6th September 2009.

The meeting will be run in accordance with Motor Sports Association regulations as a
touring assembly. The meeting will be governed by the MSA’s General Regulations, these
supplementary regulations and any written instructions issued for the event. These
regulations are subject to amendment at any time before the event. Ordnance Survey
Landranger maps used are numbers 142, 130 & 121.

This event is open to members and non-members of the promoting Club, entering cars of
at least 20 years old, although some exceptions to this age rule may be allowed at the
organiser’s discretion. The entry fee includes day membership of the promoting Club for
non-members.

The event will start from The Golden Pheasant, Etton, Nr Peterborough (OS map 142 ref
130063) The Inn will be open for teas and coffee — we would be grateful if you would
please make use of this facility.

Registration will take place on arrival at the start from 9:00 am.

All entrants must sign the declaration form at registration to confirm they have valid
insurance for the event.

The route which will be provided to participants in the form of a road book with mileages,
tulip diagrams and a marked map. Cars will begin to leave the start at approx 10:15 am,
at 1 minute intervals, on a suggested route, using instructions from the road book.

Cars will be identified by rally plates issued at the registration, which must be fixed to the
front of the vehicle.

The Lunch Halt for pre booked food is at The Olde Barn Hotel, Marston, Nr Grantham.
Cars are expected to begin to arrive by 12:15 pm for their pre booked lunch, see entry form,
(OS map 130 ref 430888). For those people wishing to picnic, there is plenty of space
for parking at the rear of the hotel and a grassed area at the front of the hotel near the
access road.

The Car of the Day Award. Enough time has been allowed for you to vote for the Car of
the Day Award during the Lunch period.

Cars will begin to leave the lunch halt from 1.40 pm and continue on a suggested scenic
route to the finish venue, The Newark Air Museum (OS map 121 ref 564833).

The Entry Fee includes access to the Newark Air Museum for 2 participants. The cost
for additional persons is £ 3:50 per head, payable with the entry.

A brass plaque will be awarded at the finish to each car that completes the Run.

A plaque and photograph will be presented to the winner of the car of the day award,
voted for by participants on the Classic Run.

The entry fee is £ 21:50 per car. Please use the official entry form attached and enclose
the fee with your entry. Photocopies of the form are acceptable.

Entries open on release of these regulations and close on Friday 28th August 2009.

Confirmation of entry and final instructions will be posted to entrants from Sat 29th August
2009. All other information you need will be included in your entrant’s pack, which is issued
at registration on the day of the Rally.
