Security notice

As reported in the June newsletter, the EEMC and SEECCC websites were taken down recently due to a serious security issue.

Both websites were attacked and malicious codes inserted into their pages, with the aim of downloading dangerous software to a visitor's computer. Any user who visited the site during the month of May is strongly advised to run a full security scan of their computer immediately.

The sites have now been checked, line by line, and are once again safe to use. Steps have, and are, being taken to minimise the chances of this happening again, and to improve our response time in the event that it does.

If you require advice or have any questions regarding this issue, please feel free to contact us at: web@eemc.co.uk. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

July 4/5: Classic Car & Bike weekend at Edenham

We have been asked to publicise this event being organised by a group based at the Five Bells public house.

The Spalding & East Elloe Classic Car Club (SEECCC) is a Club for classic car owners in the Spalding and Holbeach areas...

The Club held its inaugural meeting in May 2008 and since then we have held a wide variety of successful events since. This year have had a quiz, a fascinating talk by Chris Chandler, formerly of Aston Martin. We followed that with a visit to Contour Autocraft and held our 'Drive It Day' display at Baytree in conjunction with Boston Classic Car Club. In May, we held our Anniversary Run to Rutland Water.
If you own, or are interested in, classic cars of any make or type why not come along to our next Club event to meet some other classic enthusiasts? Or contact Adrian Cunnington or Joy Mann for more details.
If you would like to join the Club please go to the main EEMC site using the link in the box above or contact our membership secretary Ian Pollard.
